Karl Rove has ignored a subpoena from Congress to testify under oath for the second time this year. Conyers threatened to have him arrrested if he did not appear. Rove is citing "executive privelege" even though he no longer works in the White House.
So it's interesting that Rove's ties to the McCain camp seem to be growing. Henry Waxman is trying to pass a law blocking unelected advisors like Rove from ever holding such power again (kind of concedes that he ever had a legal basis for such power, but never mind). Is Rove hoping to cite "executive privelege" for another 8 years while working inside the McCain White House?
ANP has Michael-Moore-style video of Karl Rove avoiding a reporter asking some simple questions.
